SiC4GRID will collaborate with existing initiatives and EU projects when relevant to create potential synergies. BRIDGE is an initiative of the European Commission aiming to bring together various smart grid, energy storage, island, and digitalization projects under Horizon 2020 and Horizon Europe. It focuses on addressing cross-cutting issues and facilitating knowledge sharing among projects to deliver recommendations for future exploitation of project results. The Key Digital Technologies Joint Undertaking (KDT JU) – successor to ECSEL JU – is a EU-driven, public-private partnership, funding innovation in electronic components and systems.It is the successor to the ECSEL JU program and supports its ongoing projects.
